Making a birthday list in 360Members consists of two parts:
- Creating (or picking) a smartgroup of people you want to get birthdays for.
- Selecting which columns you want to see in your report
For step 1, we need to determine what group of people we're running this birthday list for. A common request is to find a list of all the birthdays in a month for members of the congregation. For this, we'll create a smart group with the following traits:
People who are Living
People who are Members Now
People whose birthday is during the month of *Chosen Month*
When we save this smart group, this will give us a number of people who meet that criteria. Click on the number of people in this group, and this will take us to the people screen, with this smart group selected.
Step 2 is to select which columns you want to see in your report. If you look at the top right corner of the page, there's a button that says columns with a down arrow on it. If you click on this, you'll get a list of columns you can include on your report. Check only the columns you want to see. When you're finished, you can click the print option at the top of the page, and then print out the report.
