New Feature: Added a new custom field type called Person Link. The field is a drop list field comprised only of the individuals in your database. This field type is designed for creating a one-way relationship link to an existing person or household in your database to a person record in our system. The primary use case scenario for this new field type is creating a link to a person's elder.
Note: The drop list does include all individuals in the database.

Improvement: Generate mailing labels in order of report. When using a saved report, the sort order is now retained with the other saved report options like Smart group, Column selection, and report name. Users no longer have to resort the view prior to clicking Download and Mailing Labels to generate their mailing labels.

Improvement: Removed conversation bubble icon that proceeded Send us a Message in the Information Center. There was some confusion on whether the user was starting a chat or sending in an email message due to the icon.
Improvement: Auto-assign department when chatting with a support technician. When a user starts a chat session from the information center the department is now automatically assigned so that the user is assigned to the appropriate support technician immediately.
Note: To start a live chat conversation from within Church360° Members with a support technician, log into Church360° Members, click the "i" bubble at the lower right of the screen, and click Start a chat. You may also start a chat conversation by clicking the Support bubble at the lower right of this screen, waiting a few seconds, clicking Get in touch, and then clicking Live chat. Support hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm cst.

Improvement: Moved the custom fields functionality from General Settings to its own collection area named Custom Fields. The General setting window had grown in length, and moving custom fields made sense. The decision was made to move the custom fields functionality to its own section and to enhance the functionality. Users who have permissions to manage Custom Fields can now find the new section by going to the gear in the menu bar and clicking Custom Fields. From there you can add, order, edit, delete, and deactivate custom fields.
Improvement: Enabled ordering of Person and Household Custom Fields. When in the Custom Fields collection area, the user can use the six dots to the right of a custom field name to drag and order the list of custom fields. Changing the order will change the top to bottom order of custom fields in the Person or Household profile view.
Note: The People view column order is alphabetical after the first or second column. When adding a custom field know that the field will be ordered alphabetically by name in the People view. For example, if adding Elder as a person field, it will appear to the left of Email Address in the People Individuals view.
