At times, you may need to provide a new person a login with an email address that is already in use. For example, if you get a new church secretary, and the login that the previous secretary was using for their login was a generic secretary email account for your church, you may want to be able to use that email address again for your new secretary. Church360° Members allows you to reassign a login to a new user to accommodate this situation.
- Click the gear icon on the right side of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
- Select "Logins".
- Within the list of logins, click on the edit button (looks like a pencil) on the person you would like to re-assign. This will allow you to edit the login.
- Where you see the person's name who currently has the login, you will see a drop list. Click on the drop list, and select the new person you'd like this login to be assigned to.
- Click Save on the right side of the screen. Whenever the account is signed into next, it will be associated with the new person you selected.
Note: If you see a login with pending next to the person's name, this means that Church360° Members has sent the invitation to that person, but the person has not yet responded to the invitation. No further action is required in Church360° Members.
