When signing in, you may see that you're not able to access the new view for Communications found in the menu bar of your Church360° Members site.
If you do not see the Communications view after Reports on your toolbar, you most likely do not have the permissions needed to view it.
It is recommended that you reach out to your site administrator to grant you those permissions by editing your assigned Role.
Permissions can be used to grant the ability to send emails, texts, or voice messages through the Church360° software.
If you have these permissions enabled or are an administrator and still do not see Communications, please reach out to support.
