After an offering batch has been synced to your site from Vanco, you can open the batch to view the data, or print a repot as you likely do for manually entered offering batches.
To do this, go to your Offerings view in Church360° Members.
Make sure you have 'Offerings' selected in the filter (in the upper right corner).
From here, click on the date in the top left corner of the window, and set your Date Range for the batch you are interested in. You can do this by filling in the date in both the beginning and ending parts of the date range. You can enter the same date for both if you know the exact date of the batch you are interested in.
Now, find the offering batch you're looking for - if you included a date range with multiple batches, you can identify a single batch by hovering your mouse over the offerings - a grouping that highlights in pink constitutes one batch. Click on the day of the batch under the Date column header. This will take you into the offering batch, where you can look at all the individual offerings.
Note: It is not possible to modify the details of a Vanco offering, since it is a completed financial transaction. Any changes would need to be done by the giver on the Vanco site.
On this screen, you can also view the Batch Summary.
If you'd like to print a batch report, you can do so here as well. In the top right corner of the page, click “Print.” A printable view of your data will open in a new tab in your Internet browser. In the top-right corner of this window, there is a button to switch between portrait and landscape printing. To print from this screen, press CTRL+P or select “File” and “Print.”
