Information in your People view can easily be sorted by any visible field for easier reading, printing, and organization by clicking on its column header.
You may choose to sort in ascending or descending order. A small upward arrow signifies an ascending sort and the small downward pointing arrow signifies a descending sort. If you wish to sort by another column, click on that column name. You can only sort by one column at a time.
In certain columns, additional text will appear in parentheses to signify which value within the column is being sorted. For example, most date fields can be sorted by year or month, which can be toggled through by clicking the header multiple times.
