Information in the People view can easily be sorted by column. Sorting by column can help to organize names, ages, and event dates. Sort columns before you print in order to make your reports more organized.
- In the People view, click on the header of the column name that you wish to sort. In certain columns, help text will appear in parentheses to signify which value within the column is being sorted.
- You may choose to sort in ascending or descending order. A small upward arrow signifies an ascending sort and the small downward pointing arrow signifies a descending sort. If you wish to sort by another column, click on that column name.
Note: You may sort by only one column at a time.
