When you have connected your Church360º Members account to your Vanco Payment Solutions account, you will need to synchronize the two accounts for offerings to be transferred into your Church360º Members site.
Once you have set up the connection between Vanco and Church360º Members, the site will automatically check for new electronic offerings hourly. Alternatively, you can synchronize the sites immediately with these steps:
- Click the gear icon on the right of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
- Select “Vanco Integration.”
- Click in the space between the date and client ID of your Vanco integration information to show the “Sync Now!” button.
- Click "Sync Now!" to initiate a manual sync.
