Various reports for membership, contact, or other personal information can be compiled, organized, and communicated directly from your default People view.
For extensive reports with more than five columns selected, downloading as a CSV or Excel file may be the best approach.
But for lists of five or fewer columns, you can also print directly from your browser.
To print a person or household list,
- Go to the People view in your preferred mode.
- Choose those you are looking to include, either by checking boxes next to each name or filtering using Smart Groups, traits, or tags.
- Use the Columns drop-down menu to the far right of the screen to choose the columns you want to include in your list. You can also click on column headers to sort your list.
- Once your columns look appropriate, you can click the "Print" link to open a print preview where you can change your page orientation in the top-right corner before choosing to print from your browser. Depending on the number of rows chosen, printing from the browser may cause some columns to be cut off.
