If a member cancels their pledge for any reason or if a pledge has been attributed to the wrong giver, a pledge may need to be deleted entirely.
To remove a pledge,
1. Click on the gear icon to open your Settings view.
2. On the navigation menu on the left, select “Pledges” under the Offerings section.
3. All active pledges should be visible under the entry row at the top. If you are looking for a pledge that is no longer active, use the view drop-down menu to choose to show all pledges.
4. Hover of the pledge and click on the gray minus sign to the right.
5. Click "Delete" to remove the pledge record permanently.
