You may encounter different situations where you can't log into your Church360° site for various reasons. Please review each situation on our advice on how to approach various issues relating to access.
If you don't have access to your site domain:
Church360° is a web-based software that can be logged into through the web browser on any device.
If you do not know the URL to be directed to your church's login screen, you can reach out to CTS support at support@360members.zendesk.com with your church's account number or name and zip code and we'll be able provide you the domain for your church's site.
If you don't have access to your login's password or passkey:
If you are on the login screen but can not remember or access your password or passkey credentials, you can use the "Trouble signing in?" link to enter in your email address. You will receive a message to your inbox to reset your password or passkey.
If you are able to log in using your current login credentials, you can change or add password and passkey options from within the software under your User Settings.
If you don't have access to your login email:
If you are not able to log in and do not have access to the email address attached to your login, you will need to reach out to CTS support at support@360members.zendesk.com to fill out an authorization form to reinvite you to the site.
Note: When requesting an authorization form, please provide the name and zip code of your church, your full name, your full email address, the full name of your pastor or head of the church council, and their email address.
If you are able to log in using your current login credentials, you can change your login email from within the software under your User Settings.
