On February 9, 2026, any customer subscribing to both Church360° Members and Ledger who hasn't yet migrated their financial data into New Ledger will have the New Ledger feature enabled in their church360.app site. System Administrators will see a dollar sign icon on the navigation bar at that time.
We’re encouraging everyone to migrate to New Ledger at no cost, since the old 360ledger.com platform is nearing End-of-life and won’t be supported after June 1, 2026.
The transition process, accessed by clicking the dollar sign icon, includes the migration of all of your financial data from Old Ledger, as well as assigning access for users of Old Ledger in the church360.app site.
To make the transition to New Ledger, you have a couple of options:
- Self-Service Option - For customers who prefer independent migration. You have the option to Migrate your Data from Old Church360° Ledger on your own.
- Guided Migration - Work with Software Support to migrate your data by scheduling a session
