Projects View

Church360° Projects allow users to plan, organize, and track tasks collaboratively, or to set up private to-do lists. For information on adding a Project, see: Add a Project

In the Projects view, you can start a new project or view already-created projects.  Users will see a block in the Projects view for any project they created, and/or any in which they have been added as a Participant.  Using the icon in the upper-right of the view, you can sort the projects shown by name, creation date, or project deadline.

Each Project block includes

  • Project name, status, and description
    • These are shown in the banner at the top, in the project's selected color.
  • Deadline, based on the project’s due date
  • Profile pictures of the project's creator and users assigned to the project as Participants
  • A list of Tasks associated with the project

Tasks Display

  • Up to five tasks are shown directly within the project block.
  • Each task is preceded by a checkbox to mark the task as completed.
  • The task progress bar will only appear if there are no recurring tasks in the project.
  • Users can open the Project Details view to see the full list of tasks by either:
    • Clicking the project name.
    • Or selecting “View all X tasks” below the task list.
