Add a Project

Church360° Projects allow users to plan, organize, and track activities collaboratively, or as a private to-do list. Any user can create a Project, add Tasks and assign other users as Participants.  

To create a new project:

  • Navigate to the Projects view.
  • Click Add Project.
  • Type a name for the project in the Name field.
  • Use the drop-down to select a color for your project header.
  • Type in a description if desired.
  • Use the calendar icon under Due Date to select a date if desired.
  • Click Save.

Once the project is saved click on its name in new block on the Projects view to go to the Project Detail view where you can do the following:

  • Manage Tasks
  • Set Notifications
  • Edit the Project Details
  • Manage Participants
  • Archive or Delete the project
