The Project Detail View

The Projects view displays a tile for each project in which the user is a participant. Selecting a project name opens the Project Detail view.

Projects can be archived or deleted from the Project Detail view by selecting Edit in the lower-right corner of the header and choosing Archive Project or Delete Project.

Components of the Project Detail View

Header

The header displays the following project information:

  • Project name
  • Description
  • Current state:
    • Not Started
    • In Progress
    • Completed
  • Due date / deadline

To update these values, select Edit > Details from the header.

Tasks

The task list includes:

  • Task name (select to edit)
  • Completion checkbox (available to users with Creator, Manager, or Contributor roles)

Additional task indicators may be displayed:

  • Recurring task indicator
  • Priority level
  • Assigned participants
  • Due date

Status

Project status updates automatically based on task creation and completion.

The project deadline can be modified via Edit > Details in the header.

Participants

To manage participants (add, edit, or remove), select Edit > Participants from the header.

Note: The project creator is included by default.

Notifications

Users can enable notifications using the available toggles:

  • Task created
  • Task completed
  • Task assigned to the user
  • Assigned task due (1 day prior)

All enabled notifications are delivered through the Message Center.

Scheduled Tasks

Tasks with scheduled due dates are listed separately in this section.

To modify a scheduled task, hover over the task and select Edit.
