Introduction to Projects

Overview

Church360° Projects enables users to plan, organize, and track activities collaboratively, or to set up private to-do lists.

Users can:

  • Create a project with a name, description, and due date.
  • Designate other users as participants.
  • Add, schedule, and assign tasks.
  • Check off tasks to track progress.
  • Set tasks as recurring on a schedule.
  • Archive or delete a project upon completion. 

Project view

The Project view will show a block for each active project to which a user is attached as a participant.  The block will show the project's name and description, its deadline, and up to 5 of the total tasks associated with it.

Access the project view using the project icon on the navigation bar:

 

Project Detail View

To see more information, and/or the full task list for a project, click on the project's name to open the Project Detail view.

This view includes:

  • The full list of tasks
  • Task deadlines and completion status
  • Overall project status and due date
  • A list of participants
  • Notification settings that users can enable to stay informed about updates
