Managing Passkeys

You can manage your password and passkey options from your User Settings area in Church360° Members.

If devices are no longer used or stolen, you can remove those passkeys from your User Settings to protect your security.

To add a passkey,

  1. Click the Profile icon on the upper right side of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
  2. Select “User Settings.”
  3. Under Account Security, click the "Add passkey" button
  4. On the pop-up window that appears, click the "Create" button and follow the prompts for your chosen device.
  5. Add a label for your passkey and click "Save" to confirm.

To edit a passkey name,

  1. Click the Profile icon on the upper right side of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
  2. Select “User Settings.”
  3. Under Account Security, click the pencil icon to the right of the passkey you want to rename.
  4. Enter in the new label for your passkey and click "Update label" to confirm.

To delete a passkey,

  1. Click the Profile icon on the upper right side of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
  2. Select “User Settings.”
  3. Under Account Security, click the trash can icon to the right of the passkey you want to delete.
  4. Enter in your password or use another passkey to authenticate your choice and continue with the removal.
