You can manage your password and passkey options from your User Settings area in Church360° Members.
If devices are no longer used or stolen, you can remove those passkeys from your User Settings to protect your security.
To add a passkey,
- Click the Profile icon on the upper right side of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
- Select “User Settings.”
- Under Account Security, click the "Add passkey" button
- On the pop-up window that appears, click the "Create" button and follow the prompts for your chosen device.
- Add a label for your passkey and click "Save" to confirm.
To edit a passkey name,
- Click the Profile icon on the upper right side of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
- Select “User Settings.”
- Under Account Security, click the pencil icon to the right of the passkey you want to rename.
- Enter in the new label for your passkey and click "Update label" to confirm.
To delete a passkey,
- Click the Profile icon on the upper right side of the Primary Navigation at the top of the screen.
- Select “User Settings.”
- Under Account Security, click the trash can icon to the right of the passkey you want to delete.
- Enter in your password or use another passkey to authenticate your choice and continue with the removal.
