At the bottom of the navigation bar to the left, there are three icons related to User Settings.
User Profile
Clicking on the user profile picture or name will navigate to the person record attached to the user currently logged in.
Depending on what permissions a user has, they can edit their name, address, and contact information for them and their household.
User Settings
Clicking the button below the user profile picture will navigate to the User Settings view.
Under the User Setting section, users can update their login email, username, default view, and whether they would like to receive emails for upcoming, scheduled pastoral visit dates.
Under the Account Security section, users can add or edit their password and passkey options for their account or sign out of Church360° Members on all devices, including the current device.
Note: Anytime changes made in User Settings will require users to enter in their current password in order to save. If a user does not know their password, it is recommended they log out of the site and use the "Trouble signing in?" link on the login screen.
Logout
If a user finishes their tasks and no longer needs to use or access the site for the time being, it's recommended they log out to avoid others accessing the site with their login. This is especially true for shared devices.
