Church360° has updated the Individual and Household profile views. In each case, the types of data will not change, but the layout and usage are improved to provide a more intuitive interface.
For a video tour of the new views, see: The New Individual and Household Profile Views [Video] [9m]
Individual vs Household Profiles
The two types of profiles give slightly different perspectives and separate ranges of data.
The Individual Profile view displays information specific to the one person named in the profile, while the Household Profile contains information that is common to everyone who lives in that household together.
Both Profile views will be divided into three sections:
- The Name banner
- The Information tab
- And the Timeline tab
But each section has variations according to the profile type. Below, see details for the Individual profile first, followed by a rundown of what's available in the Household profile.
Individual Profile
Name Banner
Across the top of the record, Name, Photo, and Membership status are displayed, as well as options to download or print the profile or edit the data in the banner.
At the bottom of the banner section, you will see Information and Timeline links or tabs you can use to select which of these data types you wish to view.
Information Tab
There are several sections here.
On the left side,
1. Contact information on the upper left, including:
- Address
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- As well as the "Manage communication preferences" link.
2. The Family section, to establish connections with the profiles of family members.
On the Right side
1. Demographics/Dates - default fields to identify each person and their significant life events.
2. Custom Fields - these fields are created by Church360° users and are unique to your site, but the fields displayed will be the same across all profiles. They can include dates, drop-lists, links to another person's profile or to a website, and text fields.
3. Tags - these are also unique items created by Church360° users, but each profile can have different tags applied, to attribute a common trait that person shares with others.
4. Quick Links - these are system-generated and consistent across all profiles to show the types of data seen below. Most can be clicked on to take you to more information about the person in question
Timeline Tab
The timeline tab will show the notes, visits, and life events that have been recorded for this individual over time.
Household Profile
Name Banner
Across the top of the record, the Household Photo (if applicable) and name are displayed, as well as options to download or print the profile or edit the data in the banner.
At the bottom of the banner section, you will see Info and Timeline links or tabs that you can use to select which of these data types you wish to view.
Information Tab
There are several sections here.
On the left side,
Contact information, including:

- Phone number(s)
- Email address(es)
On the right side,

- Custom Fields - these fields are created by Church360° users and are unique to your site, but the fields displayed will be the same across all profiles. They can include dates, drop-lists, links to another person's profile or to a website, and text fields.
