Quick Actions is a new feature in Church360° that allows you to quickly jump to common tasks from anywhere on your site without navigating through menus.
There are two separate Quick Actions tools, Ledger Quick Actions, and Quick Actions. This article describes the Quick Actions tool for Ledger, and can be accessed as described below from anywhere inside the Ledger portion of the software.
Accessing Quick Actions
- Log in to your Church360° site and open the Ledger module.
- Press the keyboard shortcut:
Ctrl + Shift + S
(Hold down Ctrl and Shift, then press the S key.) - A Quick Actions box will appear on your screen.
Available Tasks in Quick Actions
From the Ledger Quick Actions box, you select from the following tasks:
- Add a Payee
- Add a Transaction
- Add an Account
- Add a Tag
- Print Checks
Add a Payee
- Select "Add a Payee".
- Choose whether you're adding an Individual or a Business.
- This will take you directly to the New Payee window for the payee type selected.
- Fill in the needed information and click Save.
Add a Transaction
- Select "Add a Transaction".
- Choose the type of transaction you want to create.
- This will take you directly into the transaction creation window.
- Fill in your Accounts, Date, etc., and click Save.
Add an Account
- Select "Add an Account".
- This will open the New Account window.
- Enter the new account's information, select the area under which you want to create it, and make the necessary selections.
- Click Save.
Add a Tag
- Select "Add a Tag".
- This will allow you to Add a new Tag Group under the Manage Report Tags view.
- Name your group, select the account types and click Save, then add the tags and assign the accounts.

Print Checks

Select "Print Checks".
This will open the Check Print Queue so you can print checks without going back to the Todo box in the overview page.
