Introduction to Calendar Forms

Follow

Church360° has introduced another option in Forms, we're calling Calendar Forms.

What Are Calendar Forms?

Calendar Forms allow you to create a single form tied to a specific Calendar (such as Worship, Education, or Fellowship). Respondents can select any instance of an event under that calendar when filling out the form.
This is different from Event Forms, which are tied to one specific event instance.

Why Use Calendar Forms?
  • Track attendance for recurring events without creating multiple forms.
  • Use one form for multiple events under the same calendar.
  • Also great for sign-ups, volunteer requests, permission slips, and ongoing registrations.
Examples

If your Worship calendar includes:

  • Weekly Sunday service (9:00 AM)
  • Weekly Wednesday evening service
  • One-time 50th Anniversary service

One Calendar Form can be used for all of these.
