The Events calendar can also be printed directly from the browser you are viewing it on.
To print the events calendar view,
1. Click on the gear icon to go to Events. The default view for Events is the Event Calendar view.
2. Select which calendars you want to be visible by clicking on the Calendars drop-down menu on the right side of the screen.
3. Click “Print” in the top right corner of the screen to open a print preview in a new window.
4. To print from this screen, press CTRL+P or click “File” and “Print.”
Note: In the top-right corner of the preview window, there is a button to switch between portrait and landscape printing. Landscape printing will allow the calendar to more easily fit on one page.
