After purchasing your Church360° Members subscription, you will receive an email from your software consultant or site administrator with a link to set up your account. If you do not see an invitation in your inbox, you may want to check your spam or junk folder.
Click "Set up your account now!" to open the setup page for your site.
Enter your name, email address, username, and password. If you are initially setting up your site, you will also be prompted to enter information about your church, such as the address, phone number, and time zone. These can be changed in Account Settings later.
Once your user account has been created, you will be able to log in using either the username or email address that you provided along with your password.
If you forget your password or wish to change it, you can click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the Login page. Enter your email address and check that email account for an email containing instructions on how to change your password.
