Data integrity and security is a major priority for churches and their management software. In a strong effort to addressing privacy and security concerns, administrators with access to the Logins view and list now have the ability to manually expire a login that might be compromised.
To mark a login password to expire,
1. Click on the gear icon to open your Settings view.
2. On the navigation menu on the left, select “Logins” under the Admin section.
3. Find the login you want to expire and click the lock icon.
There won't be a notification on the Logins view but the password will be marked as expired.
The next time this user logs into Church360°, they will receive a message that their password was expired and that the password will need to be reset.
