Navigating Person Records

An individual’s profile view displays specific information about the individual and is divided in different sections on the left, center, and right areas of the screen.

On the Left of the Screen

Name – Clicking the name in a person record allows access to the individual’s Title, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Legal Name, Maiden Name, and Suffix.

  • Note:  The Legal Name will be the name that is used on Contribution Statements.

Type of Member – Below the record’s name is the individual's membership status (Member, Baptized Member, Confirmed Member, and Non-Member)

  • Marked as having been baptized
  • Not marked as having been confirmed
  • Not marked as being removed from membership in the Timeline section of the person record
 Confirmed Member
  • Marked as being received as a member in the Timeline section of the person record
  • Marked as having been confirmed
  • Not marked as being removed from membership in the Timeline section of the person record
 Non-Member
  • Not marked as being received as a member in the Timeline section of the person record

OR

  • Marked as being received as a member in the Timeline section of the person record
  • Marked as being removed from membership in the Timeline section of the person record

Mailing Address - This area displays data derived from the individual’s household record and can be edited from the individual’s profile by clicking on the address.

  • Note: Any changes made here will be reflected in the records of all members of the household. If the person has an alternate address, please use the Away address section located below the mailing address.

Phone numbers - This area shows any household number(s) listed in the household profile as well as any personal phone numbers (work, cell, or home).

Email Addresses - This area shows any household email address(es) listed in the household profile as well as any personal phone numbers (personal, work, or home).

  • Note: Invitations to create a Church360° login will not be sent to household or home email addresses. The system requires the individual to have either a personal or work email.

Timeline - This area displays any notes, pastoral visit history, or membership status changes related to the individual.

Archive this person - This button will send the individual’s record to the Archived view, where their data is saved but separated from active use.

At the Center of the Screen

Family - This heading displays current linked family members and their relationship to the family unit, including marital, parental, and sibling relationships.

Tags - If the individual has any tags assigned to them, they are listed on the main profile screen below the Family section. Tags can include email lists, activity participation, spiritual gifts and skills, and other miscellaneous data that can be filtered in the People view.

On the Right of the Screen

The buttons located to the far right of the record name contain options to download and print information related to the individual’s record, including contribution statements and mailing labels.

Download - This feature allows you to export information about the person to a CSV, Excel file, or vCard or download reports for an individual, like a contribution statement or single mailing label.

Print - This feature prints the profile of the currently selected individual. To print statements or labels, use the Download feature above.

Profile Photo - The individual's profile photo will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

Additional information about the individual is displayed on the right side of the screen underneath the profile photo. Any custom fields created would be displayed here as well.

Sex - This field lists the gender of the individual, if known.

Ethnic group - This field lists the individual's race, if known.

Birthday - This field displays the individual's birth date with the age displayed next to it.

Baptism - This field displays if the individual is baptized and the baptism date, if known.

Confirmation - This field displays if the individual is confirmed and the confirmation date, if known.

Deceased - This field displays if the individual is deceased and the death date, if known.

Grade - This field displays the individual’s current school grade, if applicable.

The following additional information links to other pages that will display their records:

Envelope number - This display holds the individual’s current envelope number and contains a link to the envelopes view if clicked.

Last attended - This display holds the last date an individual attended any event and contains a link to the Attendance Detail report for that individual, if clicked.

Last visited - This display holds the individual’s last pastoral visit and contains a link to a filtered Pastoral Visits view for that individual, if clicked.

Offerings - This link will take you to a filtered Offerings view for that individual, if clicked.

Pledges - This link will take you to a filtered Pledges view for that individual, if clicked.
