If a role is no longer being used, users can delete the role to remove that set of permissions.
Note: Administrator roles for any area of the software cannot be edited or deleted.
To edit a role's permissions,
1. Click on the gear icon to open your Settings view.
2. On the navigation menu on the left, select “Roles” under the Admin section.
3. Near the top of the page, choose the area of the software the role is in regards to.
4. Find the role you need to edit and click the trash can icon to the far right of the role's name to delete it. If there are no logins currently assigned the role, it will be deleted immediately.
