Setting up Bank Account Integration

To connect your bank account(s) to Church360° Ledger to allow transactions to flow from your bank to Pending Transactions in your Ledger Overview page, follow these steps.

1. Open Bank Integration Settings

⚠️ Note: Only users with the Ledger Administrator role can access Bank Integration settings.

  • Click the Settings (gear icon) in the navigation bar.
  • Under Integrations, select Bank Integration.
  • Click Add Bank Integration.
  • Click Let's Go!

2. Select Financial Institution

  • Choose a bank from the list of common institutions,
    or
  • Use the Search field to locate your bank.

4. Authenticate with Your Bank

  • Select a login method (if multiple options are available).
  • Review the secure connection notice and click Next.
  • Complete authentication:
    • Within the embedded login window, or
    • Via redirect to the bank’s website.

5. Map Bank Accounts

  • For each connected bank account, use the dropdown to map it to the corresponding account in the Chart of Accounts.
  • Verify each mapping.
  • Click Save.

6. Verify Transaction Import

Any transactions that hit your bank account from the day you save the mappings forward will automatically flow in to Church360°.  To see the transactions:

  • Navigate to the Ledger Overview page.
  • Confirm that imported transactions appear in the To Do list as Pending Transactions.
